Customer Management

In Easy Profit post-sales CRM, the total list of customer locations can be viewed on google Maps with product details and invoice dates. It can also be exported in Excel or PDF Format with password protection to avoid unauthorized access.

Customer Enrollment:

Customer enrollment refers to the process of adding new customers to a database or system. This typically involves collecting and recording essential customer information, such as contact details, address, preferences, and any relevant business or personal data. Customer enrollment is crucial for establishing and maintaining customer relationships.

Merging Customer Entries:

This functionality helps identify and consolidate multiple entries for the same customer, even if there are variations in the way the customer's name is recorded. By merging these entries into a single customer profile, it prevents data duplication, streamlines customer management, and ensures accurate reporting and communication.

Unique Customers:

Unique customers are those individuals or entities represented as separate entries in a database or system. This feature ensures that each customer is recognized and treated as a distinct entity, preventing confusion or data overlap. It helps maintain data integrity and allows for personalized interactions and service delivery to each unique customer.

Search and View of Customer Information and Location on Map:

This feature allows users to search for a customer by name and, upon finding a match, provides a comprehensive view of the customer's information. Additionally, it displays the customer's location on a map, enabling users to visually pinpoint the customer's address or service location. This functionality enhances customer management and service planning.

View of Warranty and AMC Customer Details Separately:

To distinguish between customers who have purchased warranties and those with Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), this feature separates customer details into distinct categories. It allows for efficient tracking of warranty-related information (e.g., warranty expiration dates) and AMC-related data (e.g., contract terms), ensuring timely service and support.
