Broadcast Capability & Edit:
CRM software with broadcast capabilities enables businesses to send out messages, updates, or announcements to a large audience of customers or contacts simultaneously. Messages if wrongly entered can also be modified and saved in the database for future references.
Broadcast Message History:
It contains information about each broadcast message, such as the message content, subject, date and time sent, and the sender's details. The history includes a list of recipients or the target audience for each broadcast message. This can include individual contact names or groups of contacts. It may indicate the delivery status of each message, showing whether it was successfully sent or encountered delivery issues.
